Publishing companies should consider the aspects of online collaboration and partnering for better media solutions

I have been involved with a lot of work related to outsourcing and not offshoring. The work involves my company to provide services to publishing companies, design studios and auction houses with in-house studios some good outsourcing solutions to extremely minimize their cost and increase productivity at their own studio. The kind of time this business partnering/collaboration generated is used to fully optimized more important workload at respective client in-house studios. The services could range from - simple image clipping paths to complex magazine design and page make-up.

What I am asking here is - Are there any publishing companies that would want to look at this kind of option to outsource to my company while the economic shackles are being laid by decisions that are driven to not fully understand the benefits this type of business association provides?

Since we have been at this for some years with highly successful partnerships that have given increased satisfaction to our clients and have achieved what I have been saying here, would you take this step?
