Does your Web site publish a "Terms of Service" page? Do you require users to click on a check box that says they've read and agreed to the terms? Or does a simple posted privacy policy suffice for most B2B Web sites?

Standard privacy policy is probably sufficient unless there's something particular you're doing on your site(s) that would warrant a more intrusive "Terms of Service" page. We have a Terms of Service page on one of our sites because it's password protected (paid access to research content) and it provides us with some protection against users sharing their passwords with non-members. Other than that, we have standard privacy statements for our other B2B sites. The less you can get in the way of the user's experience online, the better.
