Regarding yesterday's ASBPE blog post, "Back to the Future," it's interesting to see how many of these predictions from a 1999 ASBPE newsletter article have come true -- more than you might think. Read Harry McCracken's response to this post on Technologizer, "The Future–August 1999 Style!" He points out how some of the predictions have become reality.
