Looking for advice on developing group subscription promotions - how are you marketing to groups? What guidelines have you used to determine standard rates (if any)? Problems?
Hi Kristi: First off, it would depend on the magazine and if you are audited by ABC or BPA. They each have specific guidelines on what you need to do to have them count toward your total circulation. Then, find a contact at the group/club/organization. They will want a deal and want to see that it's special rather than other promotions. I have done this with a magazine I worked on in the past. Large groups that are spread out all of the country can be work to process. We had started with paper and then migrated the who process for them online.

Profiles are for individuals only at this time, not companies. Profile headshots should not include company logos. Publishing/Media companies (non vendors) may create groups for their employees.
