Looking to see if anyone here has had any success selling online video?
We've done an ok job at Aviation Week:

We have the benefit of a top notch brand and superb video team that have done professional documentary work.
But, my take is the ad market in the b2b space, just isn't there yet for pre-roll style advertisements, and I have yet to see how to translate the engagement of the user into a compelling advertiser benefit.
For our group, and for many b2b titles, I see 2 potential uses of video content- editorially generated content from industry trade shows & sponsored supplied product demo videos.
Would love to hear anyone else's take!
