Commission structure for independent sub-agents?

We are international media representatives for leading consumer and trade print media. We are looking to outsource ad sales to independent sub-agents on a commission basis. What is the industry standard commission structure?

Hi John:
I work for a company as an Independent Rep and make 10% commission on the first $25k within a month and 25% on the second $25k plus. Our average sale is small so it will depend on what your average sales are. Hope that helps!

Flat 20% of 15% plus a 5% for expenses.
