I would like to recommend myself as a great circ mgmt consultant. I have been in circ for 20+ years as VP of Circ/Oper of 3 midsize publishing companies. Two years ago I opened my own company, called RS Media Service LLC, www.rsmediaservice.com My business is going strong. I have worked with over 30 different magazines handling everything from circ development, conversions, to daily management.

I think what makes my company unique is that I have a strong circulation and distribution background, but I also have managed the over all operations of publishing companies, including directing the classified, list rental and reprints functions for 17 magazines at one time. Raised revenues to 1.5 million in 2 years.

In these difficult times publishers more and more are looking to outsource the circulation function in efforts to save money. I have been able to do this for my clients without hurting the product.
