Share 'software for managing client specs?'
I'm exploring ways to manage client specifications. My company produces custom publications for more than 100 clients, all with scores of editorial specs regarding text styling, spelling, punctuation, etc. Is there software out there that would allow us to automate this step of manually editing all copy to conform to a particular client's specs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Commercial Use Limitations: Use of any content features (blogs, forums, messaging, etc) for direct self-promotion, spamming, etc. will result in account termination. Profiles are for individuals only at this time, not companies. Profile headshots should not include company logos. Publishing/Media companies (non vendors) may create groups for their employees.
