Thanks. This watercolor illustration was done about the same time I started doing the Sunday editorial cartoons for the Palm Beach Daily News. Within the next two to five years, as software and digital stylus tablets improved, I would slowly make the transition to almost exclusively illustrating on the computer. Except for the randomness of the paper texture, you can hardly tell the difference between one of my digital illustrations and pigment on paper.

Of course, for all its efficiency, digital illustration lacks one thing ... an original. About 12" X 18" in size, this one's a beauty. The colors are a bit more delicate than the reproduction.
