Hi Dick. Thank you for the post. I apologize for not acknowledging sooner. I'm quite the newbie with this site. Now leave work and go enjoy this week outside!
thanks for your interest! Just some words for a very quick introduction and I would suggest, that you send an e-mail to me (wachter@dsb.net), so that I do have your contact data and I will send you more detailed information by e-mail.
We are a German based company and we are in the IT business for subscription fulfillment systems for more than 40 years now. Our main clients are subscription fulfillment bureaus, however some of our clients are also publishers. We work on an ASP business model, meaning that we operate the software in our/a data center and our clients are linked via internet VPN connection. The advantages are basically no up-front costs, all the maintenance of the application is made by us, etc...
Our solution offers functionality for paid subscription, controlled circulation, product sales (mail order business), events and is very marketing driven (integrated campaign management used also for renewal series handling).
We manage above 7.5 million subscriptions (around 1 million controlled circulation, the rest paid), more than 10 million addresses and more than 4 million product dispatches each year. These numbers may sound low in comparison to the US market, but for the European market they are not too bad. ;-) And our clients are located in Europe, but our strategy is to grow internationally and to enter the US market and we see a lot of opportunities in the US market. So therefore I’m very happy about your inquiry for more information.
You wrote that you want to expand your business. What are the areas you want to grow?
