Yes, I used a graphic designer and a web developer to do my site. And the designer said I should go with Joomla. So I did. To date, and on Folio, though nobody else seems too gung ho on Joomla. But it is easy to use! I don't know if that helps... but I have heard that certain templates aren't very good as servers for sites like bluedomain can get bogged down and then the sites go really slow. But that's just the word on the street, nothing official.
