2008–Present Senior Consultant Primescape Solutions
• Senior Consultant, Treasury Department, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. OCC was ready to deploy the Enterprise Taxonomy in several applications along with Enterprise Search. Phase 3 of the contract called for selection and installation of a taxonomy management and classification tool in conjunction with robust search capabilities.
• OCC upgraded to Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) and required assistance in designing the migration plan and carrying it out.

2006–2008 Principal Consultant, The Ambit Group
• Senior Consultant, Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Directorate. As part of the Acquisitions Improvement Initiative, CBP sought to modernize the organization and processes of acquisition. Ambit directed and guided the activities of CBP working groups on COTR Training, Quality of Life Issues, Quality Management, and Small Business Contracting.
• Business Analyst, Federal Communication Commission. Collected requirements for a new version of the FCC’s consumer complaint system. Documented existing processes and specified a “to be” state and worked with the programmers to produce a web product that consumers could easily understand, allowed the FCC staff could collect necessary data, and met regulatory requirements and Congressional mandates.
• Lead analyst for enterprise taxonomy development at the Treasury Department’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Collected subject terms for all of OCC’s activities, codified a metadata standard, and created an enterprise thesaurus. A taxonomy maintenance plan will be designed along with implementation with enterprise search and web and publication content management systems.
• Consulted on an electronic library for the Department of Agriculture’s Procurement Policy Division.
• Advised LEXIS/NEXIS on its Federal marketing program.

2006–2006 Senior Consultant, M Squared Strategies Inc.
• Provided advice and support to the Business Gateway (Business.gov) Project Management Office at the Small Business Administration (SBA).
• Supervised the collection of small business resources from 62 federal agencies. SBA took over compliance requirements under the Small Business Paperwork Relief Act from the office of Management and Budget. Business Gateway serves as the repository for mandated information access as well as links to government and non-government information for small businesses.
• Directed the work of programmers, SBA employees and contractors to create the Business.gov portal.
