- For the first ten years of my career, I was on an editorial track. As a writer, editor in consumer magazines, weekly and daily newspapers in Northern Virginia and Nashville, Tennessee.
John joined Hammock in 1996 as an editor. He grew into a publisher, went to business school at night, and began to focus on a role that marries together account management, business development and internal operational responsibilities.
