I own my own business and am blessed to enjoy working from the comfort of home as a freelance writer, editor, proofreader, blogger, and moderator. I'm a Jill-of-all-trades when it comes to the publishing and online media industries: writing, editing, online community building, social networking, etc.

My website is www.temlynwriting.com. I administrate the Houston Writers & Editors network on Ning, addition to the brand new Writer Warnings Ning.

I do freelance editing & proofreading for publishing companies as well as those who are self-publishing. Additionally, I'm on staff as a writer for a local magazine (Sugar Land Magazine), and write for quite a few websites & blogs. My clientele includes industry leaders such as Absolute Write, b5media, Wetpaint, WEGO Health, and more. I even got to do a guest spot on NPR's (National Public Radio) Bryant Park Project last year!

Some of my work includes: All About Musicals, Mrs. Write Right, Word Therapist, Heroes on NBC, and Book Lust with Nancy Pearl. I also previously blogged with b5media at Hollywood Birthday.

Additionally, I'm in the process of writing several children's books that I hope to see published eventually.
