Lead desktop operator for all composition work--books, magazines and other printed materials. Handles estimates on new jobs for bidding process. Managing all production, prepress and traffic flow of edit/advertising for Hanley-Wood LLC publications, Remodeling, Replacement Contractor, Old House Journal, Tools of the Trade, ProSales, El Nuevo Constructor, and Big Builder. Converted all HW books to a PDF workflow. Launched the first Spanish magazine in the building industry. Spear headed bridge relationships for internal and external customers. Achieved 100% schedule incentive program. Involved in creation of first Production Manager Handbook.
December 1997 – October 2000:

Managed production/advertising digital workflow and other production elements for IDG Inc./FCW Government Technology Group publications, Federal Computer Week, civic.com and all editorial supplements. Troubleshooting and fixing all outside advertising files for publications and inserts. Handle all insert quotations for printing and/or production work.
