As a mental health therapist I have worked with numerous populations and problems from Addiction to Severe Mental Disorders. It has gifted me with much of the material of my features.

- I have been writing for over 20 years and have sold articles and features to hundreds of consumer and trade pubs including KIWANIS, TOASTMASTERS, MODERN BRIDE, COMPLETE WOMAN, CATHOLIC DIGEST, SKIN, INC, AMERICAN FOOTBALL MONTHLY and reprints in magazines including two of Reader's Digest publications. In a "past life" I did mental health therapy.

Other loves: Involvement in Powerful Intentions community, reading, learning (especially about the mag industry), watercolor painting, travel, my puppy 'Spanky' and anything to do with the media.
