I remember taking some of your courses at Folio years ago. Was always impressed with how solid your organization was and still is.

I have a small 4-man rep firm and am in the final process of buying out my last partner. In hiring, I am absolutely dismayed by the poor ad salespeople I have looked at. Thinking about the need to do just what you did - Build my own!

Working through this buyout, incorporating some new people and moving the office to Connecticut. Want to add more titles which will mean more people. Looking at hiring the last couple of years has been depressing. .Thinking about training my own as you did and might be something to talk to you about
