Great to hear from you, and that you're beating the economy and the flood (or hell and high water). We're in Chicago for the summer, enjoying cooler weather than Atlanta. Don't think I'll be in NYC in Sept. -- some meetings scheduled in Atlanta around that time -- but should be at Top Mgmt in Chicago in Nov.
