Executive Sales Leadership/ Workflow Analyst: My 15 year career began at the beginning of the digital media explosion. From the beginning I truly understood the relevance of reusing, repurposing and re-expressing rich digital media. I hired, trained and lead a sales staff for a CrossMedia Communications company, tailored marketing strategies according to growth markets and showed a profit in less than one year. My interest in Digital Asset Management applications peaked in the late nineties when I was advance from a Regional Solutions Specialist to a National Solutions Specialist to lead a team of (5) Executive Business Development Managers, an Executive Vice President and the Director of Sales for the World-Wide Government Services Team. I managed the Channel partners and resellers in the territory. As a DAM Solutions Specialist, it was my responsibility to lead the sales team and close sales by meeting with customers, providing workflow analysis, discovering inefficiencies to show an ROI, and consult with companies on a technical level substantiating the ROI using Digital Asset Management. Corporate Communication / Strategic Planning: My knowledge and sales experience in Digital Asset Management and digital workflows, including rich media, has given me the opportunity to consult and sell into many divisions of a company. I have analyzed complex broadcast workflows, involving format conversion, ingestion, distribution and collaboration of audio and video content and document management and architected new solutions based on a needs analysis. I then can offer a strategic plan using the right Content Management application to improve and expedite a workflow. My experience has also shown me how important it is to gain end user trust but never losing sight of who signs the agreement. I have earned the respect of IT departments, marketing departments, C levels, production departments and my co-workers.
